All About Me
Inspired by the entry here in ***Dave :: It's all about me, I'm going to make a very short list to flesh out your humble blog author.
- I like being me
- I typically describe my age as "older than my teeth"
- I've always rounded off to the nearest "5 years" if someone wants a number for my age — as in 30, 35, 40, etc.
- This last makes my RFL roll her eyes
- I like to see her do that
- Married 20+ years, thank you
- This last still amazes and delights me
- I am trained as an architect
- In the real, I'm a minority owner of a design firm, and a team leader for 6+ folks
- being the boss usually sucks, sometimes not
- love to read, but never get enough time
- love films, favorite genre being "screwball comedies" and usually make time
- recovering from addiction to comic books
- I draw, not a lot, and also design graphics, not often, and build RP game systems to relax
- I write fiction, especially when I can't sleep or when very inspired
- I'm a gamer, have RP — will travel
- everyone can change, it's just one of the hardest things to do
- I treat others the way I expect we all might like to be treated, sometimes I get that wrong, but not often
- most people don't give themselves enough credit
