IMC :: Rebman heavy fashions

imc, I think the main issue with Rebman fashion is finding stuff that works with blue skin and green hair.
but then Lady Mona of house Manta may have it right. Emeralds matching her hair, and nothing else.
IMC, there are four skin tones among the Rebman population:
1. pale: common
Vialle has this color of skin
2. dusky: minority
beneath the waves, it looks more green than not
3. green: rare
the elder noble families of Rebma tend to this color
4. blue: exotic
a single set of related families remains of this bloodline
