I Pad and the subtitle of this blog

with the arrival of the I Pad, computers are moving toward the vision of tablet computers in Star Trek the Next Generation...

In the Star Trek TOS Yomand Rand was often seen handing a tablet device to Capt. Kirk to sign. Spock also was seen with this device. It lookes like a oversized etch-a-scetch.
TOS also had computer disks that were eeriely simular to the old 1.44k flopies.
