Tags versus Categories

TAGs are systemwide.
CATEGORIES are unique to your blog.

You could use an "Amber" TAG and then look up all Amber entries everyone's TAGged that way.

So what are the current rules for comment closing?
Is there an overall setting to SSS.net?

Or are we still using the 'MTclose' plugin that allows each blog to set the close dates?

It seems that old entries should not have comment forms, but some do.

the cgi seems to have vanished according to MT
it was fine before....
and sometimes the main page rebuild cgi doesn't fly
