History Eithne’s innate curiousity about the strangers from the land below lead to her coming too close to one, causing him to imprint on her and altering her existence completely. The shock of imprinting a male of such strong will caused her to lose her intimate association with the weather, and much of her Sídhe innocence. This first imprint also caused her to enter the ranks of the Royal Sídhe, wherein she plotted beside Amairgen against Amber. She did not join the attack, but remains loyal to his ideal. Eithne sees her imprints as a means to an end – to free Tir-na Nog’th from Amber, and to gain further personal standing amongst the Royal Sídhe.
