A vast sea of stars serves as the backdrop for the main title.
War drums echo through the heavens as a 'rollup' slowly
crawls into infinity.

Tenfold Millennium The New Republic is still weak and vital resources are scattered. The support for technology wanes. Law and order on Coruscant unravel as trade routes to the capital tatter and cease to function. Luke Skywalker teaches a new Jedi Order with recruits encountered in the years since the defeat of the Galactic Empire at Endor. With the blessing of the New Republic, Skywalker has settled on Yavin 4 where he leads a Praxeum in the Great Massassi Temple, once a Sith stronghold. But the Jedi are unaware of a deadly threat to the New Republic. Even as the Old Sith Lords took their Order into war after war with the Jedi, and to the historic Sith collapse at the Battle of Ruusan, another path was chosen for a hidden cadre of Sleepers thousands of years before that failure. That elite of Sith Masters wake now as part of a plan created ten thousand years ago to outwit the Jedi Masters of the Old Republic. In the distant system H8-1138, ancient tired clocks tick over and systems shut down a series of cryostasis chambers at an abandoned mining asteroid. Now that the modern Sith Order has perished with the Galactic Empire, the Sleepers wake and may plunge the New Republic back into terrible war… |
[camera moves]
The sea of stars drifts as the view lowers. The forbidding bare planetoid of H8-1138 emerges from the darkness. From top frame, a tiny white lifepod, trailing a line of sparkling dust behind it, spins through space toward the planetoid. There are scorch marks on the craft.
View follows the pod all the way to the surface (huge scale) where it impacts with a great cloud of grey dust.
- INT. MINING ASTEROID H8-1138 - MAIN COMPUTER ROOM
Dark metal panels flicker on with lights mostly amber and red. A new red light begins to strobe. Amber letters march across a screen in alien script.
After a few moments a line of alien script 'countdowns' on the amber panel. We hear an echoing 'boom' in the dark. Larger urgent script flashes on display.
- INT. MINING ASTEROID H8-1138 - CRYOSTASIS CHAMBER
Blue and green lights come on. A scattering of dark lozenge shapes reveal in the poor light. Organic tube shapes drape from the dark above. Dark metal panels flicker on with lights mostly blue or green.
A tiny green light begins to strobe on the side of some lozenges.
